Chas is an organisation based in Smethwick library. It holds Newspapers, photos, maps, parish registers, books, archives and anything out of the ordinary from the past.
The items it has are all about the Sandwell area, which has only become Sandwell in the last 25 years.
Many of the items C.H.A.S holds has been donated by members of the public.
