This project will bring together everyone from the expert to the novice by visiting the joy and benefits of growing all things `green`. It will enable and encourage cross borough discussion through on-line communities. Experienced gardeners will be encouraged to share their wealth of knowledge. The older generation, who hold a wealth of knowledge in the preparation, will be encouraged to share their knowledge on the traditional methods of cooking and preservation of fresh fruit and vegetables.
There have been a selection of gardening based projects undertaken in and around Sandwell in the last year or so. This would enable some of those projects which have been running for some time of have completed their brief to contribute component parts such as photographs, video and audio tapes to the content of this project.
